Leadership Development Fund. IICS must strengthen its ability to recruit, orient, deploy and sustain scores of professors teaching in overseas universities. The Leadership Development Fund provides a means of investing in the strategic expansion and growth of IICS.

Nationwide Recruiting Campaign. With scores of universities requesting IICS professors, it is urgent that a nationwide campaign be launched to recruit qualified academicians and professionals for these overseas posts. Your investment will help place professors in universities around the world.

Training Christian Religious Knowledge Teachers in Africa. More than 200,000 students each week are being taught by instructors who have been trained by IICS in effective teaching of Christian truth. Your gifts will make it possible to shape a whole generation of students who can change their continent for Christ.
