Currently, IICS has:

• invitations from scores of universities around the world for IICS professors

• a proven leadership and management team which can sustain growth

• a strategy which is educationally sound, evangelistically effective and financially cost-efficient

• a nearly zero attrition rate in nearly twenty years of placing professors overseas.

IICS has a great idea with unlimited opportunities. The challenge is recruiting Christian professors to serve.

A comprehensive nationwide campaign is needed to recruit professors for these strategic overseas opportunities. We simply must communicate these historic opportunities on a broader basis.

The primary components are:

• Magazine ads in World magazine (circulation: 125,000), Christianity Today (circulation: 170,000), Chronicle of Higher Education and related professional periodicals and journals

• Production of a quality professional video presenting the vision and programs of IICS aimed to motivate potential candidates

• Mass distribution of new recruiting brochure and an innovative poster for Christian college and seminary distribution

• Provide regular updates for our web sites, including video and sound clips and a comprehensive Christian worldview bibliography

• Conduct weekend recruiting conferences for Christian faculty at leading universities and colleges, both Christian and secular

• Launch a speaking circuit by CEO and other IICS staff at Christian colleges and seminaries

• Networking with organizations such as Finisher's Project and Intercristo to locate viable candidates
