  • Advancement Administrative Assistant.Work alongside the Director of Advancement to support fundraising efforts in this part-time position. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, creating research profiles, grant writing, coordinating direct mail campaigns and database management. Qualifications include Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least six years of previous administrative experience. Please read the full job description for more information.   • Communications Director. Work alongside the Leadership Team to develop, coordinate and sustain communication efforts. Responsibilities include developing a comprehensive communications strategy, raising awareness about the ministry, training spokespersons for the organization, writing articles, speaking to groups and leveraging technology to support communication efforts.   • Executive Assistant. This position provides support for the Executive Director and Operations Director in carrying out their responsibilities. Responsibilities include managing calendars, travel arrangements, meetings and correspondence. Assisting in the development of operating systems and policies, website development and maintenance, event planning, donation processing, volunteer coordination and processing state registrations.   • Placement Director. This position is responsible for working to facilitate placements in universities worldwide. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with university outside North America, assisting Applicants and Appointees in the placement process, reviewing university contracts and participating in negotiations, producing Quarterly Bulletins and participating on the Executive Leadership Team.   • Faculty Care Associate. Work alongside the Director of Faculty Care to encourage and support IICS Faculty teaching worldwide, via electronic media and field visits. Requires pastoral gifting. Responsibilities include training and encouraging IICS Faculty in developing and maintaining support for their work, so the Faculty Care Associate will also develop and sustain personal funding.
