Daryl McCarthy has served as President of IICS since 1988. As one of the founders of the organization, Dr. McCarthy has had a strategic role in shaping the IICS vision. His previous professional experience includes serving as Professor of Philosophy at the Kansas City College and Bible School (1979-1987), Programs Coordinator/Growth Director for the Church of God (Holiness) Home Missions Department (1974-1984) and Midwest Campus Coordinator with Overcomers (1971-1975). He is married to Teri and they have two children and three grandchildren.
